Important information about making a claim against your employer

Many people that suffer accidents in the workplace hesitate to make a claim because they fear that it will cause problems between themselves and their employer. You should not have to worry or feel uncomfortable about making a claim if your employer has neglected their responsibility to keep you safe as there are laws in place to ensure that your employer cannot dismiss you as a direct result of you making a claim for compensation against them.

Employers have to have a valid insurance policy in place which will cover them in the event of a member of staff having an accident during the course of their work. As a result of this, there is no need for us to deal directly with your employer as it will be their insurer who will ultimately pay your compensation to you.

No Win No Fee
